Lisette was instrumental in creating us a beautiful and crucially practical space for us to live and entertain in. I think the biggest testimony of her brilliant design skills and faultless service was that my characteristically aloof husband was instantly impressed with the design choices, meticulousness and way Lisette executed her service. We have worked with Lisette over the past 12 months on the wholescale refurbishment and design of our London cottage (2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 dressing rooms, kitchen, hallway, study, living room, tv room, dining room and kitchen). We handed Lisette the keys in July 2017 and by early June 2018 everything to the very last detail of this big project was complete. Lisette has an extensive network of talented of tradesmen (builders, joiners, wall paperers, decorators, curtain makers, cabinet makers etc) and deals with these relationships directly which both saved time and avoided any confusion. Lisette’s knowledge of fabrics and sourcing of furniture was impressive and we got the sense that the ranges she curated for us took the whole market into account (both within and outside of the UK). She quickly recognised our preferred style and accommodated that well whilst also introducing new colours or schemes we would not have thought to use ourselves (and we are so glad she did). Lisette is sensitive to budgets and always offered a great range of price options which never compromised on quality. Her level of communication (both the speed and clarity) and organisation were second to none which provided great level to confidence during the build phase of the project. This all allowed for the feeling of a great sense of control despite being able to be as hands-on or hands-off as we wanted over the various aspects of the project. I would highly recommend Lisette for any design project because not only will you end up with a beautiful home but she makes the entire process pain free and above all very fun. Thank you again Lisette!
